We did have two concerns - communications and the company (A-1) they were using to install the loop system. Also Bryan contacted A-1 with our concerns using them. Paul from A-1 contacted us immediately and addressed this issue (also giving us his cell phone # and the invitation to call at any time - except he may not get back to us immediately on a Sunday due to spending time with his grand kids - yea PauL!!) A-1 was here as scheduled, and did an excellent job. All those from A-1 were top notch and did a good job without disturbing too much of the yard. Mark, Jeremy, Jason were the final installers from Baxter Oil. They were all very cordial and professional. They kept us informed of what was going on and addressed all of our questions. They didn't even get excited when I stuck my nose in to see what was going on. All work was completed in a very professional manner and their work was of excellent quality.
